FAQ
What is the return policy?
Because each print is made to order and hand-printed individually, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an error on my part, please contact via the here within 7 days of delivery. I want everyone to be happy with their piece, and I will work with you to make it right.
Please note that natural variations in ink density, texture, and edge are an inherent part of hand-pulled linoleum block prints and are not considered defects.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All purchases are final sale due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of the work.
When will I get my order?
All prints are made to order. Once an order is placed, the print is hand-inked and printed, then allowed to dry fully before packaging. This process typically takes 3–5 business days. After drying, orders are carefully packed and shipped.
Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive 2–5 business days after shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Because each print is made by hand, slight variations and longer drying times may occasionally extend processing by a day. This is part of the handmade process and ensures the quality of the final print.
Where are your products manufactured?
All prints are designed, carved, printed, and packaged by hand in Austin, Texas. No part of the printmaking process is outsourced. Each piece is pulled individually from the original linoleum block by the artist.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size of the work, whether it is framed or unframed, and the shipping method selected.
